Not your typical Accountant
If you were to look at my credentials (CPA, CA, MBA, CFDS), you might think I’m a typical accountant.
Standing in the ruins of my own separation and divorce, I realized accounting was my lifeline. I grabbed it and ended up on a path nothing like the one I was originally given. That process was exhausting, and it showed me exactly where the system breaks for people trying to get through it.
That’s the work now. I help people navigate the family justice system and the tax system that tangles with it- the parts nobody explains to you until you’re already inside them. I also work to change that system, because too many people are left to figure it out alone with no map and no lifeline.
A financial plan was never supposed to be a restriction. Neither should the system someone has to walk through to rebuild a life. My goal is the same as it’s always been: clarity instead of confusion, and a way forward that’s actually yours.

I’m currently on hiatus from financial coaching. This fall, I’m focusing on the systemic side: what’s broken, what could work better, and how to make the path clearer for the people who come after me.
